2. Description of Service

Arca Vision provides patent-pending kernel-level infrastructure for GPU governance, AI model security, and resource optimization. Our Service includes white-glove deployment and management of the Arca Sentry and related monitoring tools.

3. Use License & Intellectual Property

The Service, including its architecture, code, eBPF patterns, and proprietary interception techniques, is the intellectual property of Arca Vision Labs LLC and is protected by patent, copyright, and trade secret laws.

• Permission is granted to use the Service solely as provided through our official deployment channels.
• You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of our kernel modules or agents.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Arca Vision Labs LLC.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Arca Vision makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Arca Vision or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if Arca Vision has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austin, Texas.
